Zervas Group Architects

Sharon RobinsonZervas Group Architects was founded in Bellingham, Washington, by Jim Zervas in 1961. Over the past forty years, the firm has been responsible for many well-known structures throughout Whatcom County. Some of the more familiar include the Arne Hanna Aquatic Center, the Kulshan Middle School, Peace Arch Factory Outlets (in association with Arthur Erikson), the Bellingham Airport General Aviation Facility and Wood Stone corporate headquarters, corporate headquarters for the DIS Corporation, the Maintenance Operations and Administration Base for the Whatcom Transit Authority and the Campus Services Facility for Western Washington University.

Our current projects include the Lynnwood Conference Center and affordable senior living facilities in Stanwood and Arlington. We provide Architectural Design and Planning services for new construction projects and remodeling of existing facilities. The size of our projects varies from small residential remodels to multi-million dollar public and private projects. We strive to create successful working relationships with satisfied repeat clients. We count many of the local public agencies among those clients, including the Port of Bellingham, the Bellingham School District, the Bellingham and Whatcom County Housing Authorities, the City of Bellingham, the Whatcom Family YMCA, and several Whatcom County Fire Districts. Our mission is to serve the local community by providing quality design services.
