State Street Insurance
State Street Insurance is a multi-line insurance agency at the corner of State, Ohio and Humbolt Streets. Agent Scott Richardson has been an insurance agent for over twenty years and knows the needs of the people of Whatcom County and Bellingham.
Scott grew up in Whatcom County and is an alumnus of Bellingham High School (1971), Western Washington University (1976) and is a fellow with the Life Underwriters Training Council (1996). He is a member of the Bellingham Chamber of Commerce and is a past Regional Vice-President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – Washington. Scott is a member of the Washington Insurance Council Speakers Bureau and has been giving insurance topic lectures in the community for over 25 years.
